Hello! I’m Ashley - bag maker, fabric hoarder, fandom-fanatic, & cat mama.

I’ve been sewing pretty consistently for about 20 years. I fell in love with sewing after watching my mom sew on my girl scout patches and wanting to help.

I’ve enjoyed trying my hand at other crafts over the years, but sewing is my true passion, and I love the creativity that unleashes when making bags.

I primarily use custom fabric & hardware from small artists on all of my bags, which means that when you purchase an item from Curlie Creation, you’re not only helping support me, but many other small business owners.

Over the years Curlie Creation has expanded from just me sewing everything to a family business with the help of my mom, dad, and two sisters. We’ve even expanded beyond just sewn items into the world of 3D printing.
